Customer Experience Banker - Southaven Airways

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customer goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products, while processing transactions accurately and balancing daily. Resolve customer issues with exemplary service, educate customers on deposit products, and use a disciplined sales process (including follow-up and referrals) to deepen partnerships—while strictly following operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
