Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support omni-channel selling using POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video). Manage store operations—cash wrap, inventory processing, merchandising, transactions, and stockroom upkeep—while meeting individual and team KPIs in a collaborative environment.
