Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support teams to deploy and retrieve shared electric vehicles
  • •Build a safe, compliant, efficient warehouse environment to supply a fully operational fleet in Canberra
  • •Define and monitor KPIs to measure profitability, revenue, and operational performance
  • •Provide complaint management and support investigation of customer incidents
  • •Partner with government relations and cross-functional teams to address legal, regulatory, and safety issues and drive local initiatives
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of professional work experience, ideally 1+ year in an operations role
  • •Experience leading teams or groups is preferred
  • •Demonstrated expertise with the Canberra region and ability to anticipate operational needs and challenges
  • •Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • •Fluent verbal and written English; familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
