Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of government contracts, ensuring strict compliance with Procurement Act 2023 and applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • •Manage contract execution activities including order conversions and pricing verifications, and oversee contract invoicing and payments with finance teams.
  • •Partner with Legal and Deal Strategy to maintain product/pricing catalogues and resolve contract performance issues with government contract managers.
  • •Advise internal stakeholders on public sector procurement, proactively identify contractual/regulatory/compliance/financial risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert, delivering training on public sector procurement best practices and driving continuous improvements to legal workflows and contracting tools.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years managing government contracts within the public sector or in a commercial tech/software entity.
  • •Operational knowledge of government procurement regulations, including Procurement Regulations 2024 (SI 2024/692), NSI Act 2021, and CCS agreements.
  • •Practical knowledge of compliance, governance, and security considerations relevant to Government Security Classifications (GSC).
  • •Proven expertise in SaaS and professional services contracting, including pricing structures and invoicing workflows.
  • •Strong judgement and relationship-building skills to assess risk and partner with internal clients, cross-functional teams, and government contract personnel.
