Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Set the tone on the sales floor, drive omni-channel and virtual selling, and create an inclusive environment where associates can thrive. Recruit, onboard, and develop talent; coach to KPIs and performance goals; own sales planning and forecasts; maintain brand/visual standards; and oversee opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, payroll budgets, safety, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy.
