Job Summary

Own user problems end to end as a Lovable expert, solving issues with speed and clarity and escalating to engineering when needed. Improve the support stack by keeping the knowledge base current and designing smarter workflows. Act as the voice of the customer, feeding product feedback into product development. This full-time role is based in Lund or Stockholm and starts with a 3-month contract.

•Grow the scope as trust and ownership build, expanding internally and externally in engagement with users and community.

Key Requirements

•Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree and looking to grow fast in a role with real responsibility.
•Spot problems before they’re pointed out, propose improvements, and follow through with ownership.
•Break down complex situations systematically and move quickly to unblock users even when issues are new.
•Curiosity to test ideas, try new approaches, and willingness to get things wrong early.
•Communicate warmly and precisely in user replies, bug reports, and internal process documentation.
