Job Summary

OTM Consultant responsible for functional and techno-functional delivery of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) projects, including end-to-end implementations, cloud releases, interface design with EDI/WMS/finance systems, and SQL-based automation. Collaborates with Offshore Delivery Centre to translate requirements into technical designs and supports ongoing ticket handling and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Must possess functional and techno-functional experience in OTM.
•Experience in managing implementations and/or supporting projects related to these systems, and/or working on OTM Release Cloud versions.
•Strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM application modules, including (but not limited to) order management, OTM finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
•Ability to prepare mapping documents to interface OTM systems with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems, and translate functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre.
•Proficiency in writing SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks
