Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers and PMs to understand legal workflows, design evaluations, and ship agents that get the job done.
  • •Optimize agent performance using prompt engineering, model selection, tool design, skill writing, context window management, and eval harness development.
  • •Collaborate with the model infrastructure team to build low-latency agent execution infrastructure (e.g., caching, parallel tool calls, subagent patterns).
  • •Improve observability and instrumentation to profile agent behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
  • •Stay current on agentic systems developments and apply learnings to product work.

Key Requirements
