Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Create UAT test cases and scenarios from business process flows and requirements.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows and align outcomes with business expectations.
  • •Coordinate UAT execution with business users and provide necessary support.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve UAT issues with development and QA teams; document results and obtain formal sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Experience testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
