Senior Traffic Engineer/Project Manager - Hybrid

Lead traffic engineering projects in North Carolina, managing mid-to-large scale assignments from concept through design and construction. Perform capacity analyses, traffic studies, and feasibility analyses; oversee cross-functional teams, coordinate with DOT and clients, and support design-build efforts. Requires NC PE, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency with HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, ArcGIS, and TransModeler.
