Key Responsibilities

  • •Run shifts on the floor at Relay’s hybrid sort centre, leading 50–100+ operatives during high-volume sortation.
  • •Drive measurable site performance improvement by owning key operational metrics month over month.
  • •Ensure end-of-shift handovers cover what happened, what’s at risk, and what the next shift needs to know.
  • •Triage and resolve issues during volume peaks, outages, and labor gaps to restore flow and contain impact.
  • •Implement operational changes in a live environment, including robotics, new sortation tech, and onboarding new clients.
