Job Summary

Join the maintenance team in a manufacturing environment to support equipment upkeep, preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You’ll help prepare Standard Maintenance Procedures and One Point Lessons, assist with routine maintenance and repair, and support safe, high-quality production by following Carlsberg Operating Manual (COM) compliance and quality/food safety practices such as HACCP and GMP. Work closely with experienced maintenance professionals on the plant floor.

Key Responsibilities

•Support maintenance operations including equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance activities.
•Assist in preparing Standard Maintenance Procedures and One Point Lessons for maintenance.
•Help minimize equipment breakdowns and major production stoppages while supporting routine maintenance and repair.
•Ensure safe, high-quality food product production by adhering to quality standards, procedures, and Carlsberg Operating Manual (COM) compliance; report abnormalities.
•Monitor production processes and maintain compliance with quality control and food safety regulations, following HACCP and GMP principles.

Key Requirements

•Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or a similar qualification.
•Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper (or equivalent).
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Available for at least 3 months.
•Strong initiative and responsibility shown through extra-curricular activities.
