Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards
  • •Move dynamically between sales floor and back of house to support store operations, resolve client needs, and ensure safe, efficient work

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
  • •Ability to work constant movement in and around all areas of the store
