Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Support cost governance for a major multi-phase data center construction program, including maintaining cost plans, budgets, estimates, and cost-control logs. Drive monthly cost reporting, forecasting, executive summaries, and cost-to-complete reviews while gathering and validating cost data from designers, contractors, and vendors. Manage change-management processes, coordinate cost information with scheduling and project controls, and contribute to procurement, value engineering, and commercial closeout.
