Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver secure, scalable, production-quality enterprise systems with an AI-first approach.
  • •Implement and integrate production LLM/GenAI capabilities including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and context management.
  • •Design AI behavior for probabilistic outputs with robust fallback strategies balancing cost, latency, and reliability.
  • •Build and iterate AI agent capabilities with orchestration, tool-calling, memory/state, guardrails, and observability.
  • •Develop AI-native frontend experiences using React, supporting streaming responses, explainability, and effective human-AI interaction.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years delivering secure, scalable, production-quality enterprise applications as a full stack developer, preferably with hands-on GenAI implementation experience.
  • •Strong GenAI and LLM expertise including production LLM integration, prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG pipelines, context management, and quality or hallucination evaluation.
  • •Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents with clear goals, constraints, orchestration, tool-calling, state and memory, guardrails, and behavioral observability.
  • •Frontend development expertise using React and modern frontend frameworks, including AI-native UX patterns such as streaming responses, explainability, and human-AI interaction design.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI agents, enterprise search) and strong collaboration/communication across technical and governance stakeholders.
