Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategic customer relationships and work across large health and pharma accounts, ensuring priorities and workstreams stay on track.
  • •Lead complex customer programs by translating customer goals into clear strategies, plans, and programs in partnership with internal teams.
  • •Create executive-ready materials including presentations, memos, proposals, and roadmaps for C-suite audiences.
  • •Drive follow-through by planning, tracking, documenting key workstreams, and ensuring timely execution of customer/partner action items.
  • •Partner with executive leadership and support renewal/expansion planning via QBRs and long-term partnership discussions while anticipating and mitigating risk.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •4–7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or technology, ideally including chief of staff, business operations, client delivery, or customer-facing roles.
  • •Comfort interfacing directly with customers and working alongside C-suite and senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • •Proven ability to create structured, executive-ready plans (roadmaps, communications calendars, rollout timelines) from ambiguous or evolving direction.
  • •Strong slide creation and presentation skills, plus clear written and verbal communication.
