  • •7+ years of ServiceNow development experience in an ITSM environment.
  • •3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist, and agentic AI.
  • •Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities, including designing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
  • •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain CSA within 90 days.
