Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and validate new RNA sequencing products, including evaluating opportunities and designing experiments to assess technical feasibility and sequencing performance.
  • •Scale and productize by translating methods into scalable, automated production processes and supporting product launches.
  • •Collaborate across functions (Product, Bioinformatics, Production, Automation, Commercial, Platform, Marketing, UI/UX, Website) to bring new products to market.
  • •Guide and supervise research associates and laboratory technicians as needed, sharing insights to improve decision-making across R&D.
  • •Contribute to a repeatable process for evaluating opportunities and influence product development decisions through technical expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred; if not, an undergraduate or advanced degree with relevant industry experience.
