Key Responsibilities

•Develop and validate new RNA sequencing products, including evaluating opportunities and designing experiments to assess technical feasibility and sequencing performance.
•Scale and productize by translating methods into scalable, automated production processes and supporting product launches.
•Collaborate across functions (Product, Bioinformatics, Production, Automation, Commercial, Platform, Marketing, UI/UX, Website) to bring new products to market.
•Guide and supervise research associates and laboratory technicians as needed, sharing insights to improve decision-making across R&D.
•Contribute to a repeatable process for evaluating opportunities and influence product development decisions through technical expertise.

Key Requirements

•PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred; if not, an undergraduate or advanced degree with relevant industry experience.
