Key Responsibilities

  • •Support complete employee life-cycle processes for our India employees including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation/benefits, engagement survey and action planning, employee relations as well as off-boarding.
  • •Build relationships with managers and senior managers, be a trusted resource for their needs and escalate issues as necessary to the lead PBPs for quick resolutions.
  • •Own the onboarding process for India including locally in Hyderabad as well as for any remote employees.
  • •Manage the ongoing operational needs of managers in the APAC region and support on local payroll in partnership with our local provider.
  • •Partner with PBP team on local communications including community events, benefits, compliance, holidays etc.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a People generalist with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Experience in HRIS systems, Workday.
  • •Experience working in a startup / fast-paced / ambiguous environment.
  • •Strong execution skills and ability to provide coaching to managers and senior managers.
  • •Ability to work in a hybrid role based out of Hyderabad and support India-based employees.
