Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the group in developing a culture modeled around Safety, Quality, and Environmental Compliance.
  • •Select, mentor, develop, and evaluate operations staff to build effective bench strength, including discipline when necessary.
  • •Serve as principal for safety/quality/environmental compliance and direct operations to achieve efficiency, reliability, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • •Develop and manage operational budgets and lead accountability for expenses and on-time, on-budget sustaining capital projects.
  • •Direct and coordinate operations in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including quality monitoring, KPIs for customers, and oversight of contractual obligations.

Salary: USD 165,200 - 206,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or equivalent is required.
  • •Minimum 5 years of successful work experience in an industrial production environment.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience responsible for the management of people.
  • •Must meet criteria to obtain and maintain a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) as required by USCG/DHS regulations.
  • •Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the company insurance carrier.
