Job Summary

Own global developer learning programs end to end, from onboarding and continuing education to documentation strategy, AI-assisted workflows, and analytics that improve developer productivity. Design and deliver training for different engineering personas, manage and prioritize training/documentation requests, and guide a train-the-trainer model so domain teams can scale their own efforts. Partner with engineering, product, support, and program/design stakeholders to reduce friction and boost developer velocity.

Key Responsibilities

•Own global developer learning programs end to end, including onboarding, continuing education, documentation strategy, AI-assisted workflows, and developer productivity analytics.
•Design and deliver customized onboarding and continuing education experiences tailored to different engineering personas.
•Manage and prioritize requests for new or updated technical training and documentation aligned to strategic goals and learning needs.
•Guide content creation with stakeholders using a train-the-trainer model to help domain teams scale educational efforts.
•Create performance metrics and dashboards from raw data to measure and iterate on onboarding program effectiveness, training sessions, and documentation quality.

Key Requirements

•Confidence delivering technical content in public speaking to diverse audiences, including seasoned engineers and people leaders.
•Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) and the ability to model effective AI-assisted workflows for technical audiences.
•Ability to derive and apply data insights from support ticket analysis, learning outcomes, and dashboards to guide decisions.
•A track record of enabling teams/SMEs to create their own training content using models such as train-the-trainer and hub-spoke.
•Proficiency creating and editing documentation, with strong opinions on documentation strategy, sustainability, and information architecture.
