Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end CDH decisioning architecture across framework, patterns, scalability, performance, and enterprise alignment.
  • •Define and govern NBA Designer implementation including taxonomy, treatments, engagement policies, arbitration, and 1:1 Ops Manager.
  • •Translate business objectives into decisioning logic with Marketing/Product/Data Science (use cases, KPIs, rules, journeys).
  • •Oversee data integration into CDH with real-time and batch feeds from CRM/DWH/event streams, ensuring data quality and availability.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership and governance for strategy rules, data flows, proposition/offer management, model integration, and responsible AI compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Master Pega CDH decisioning (NBA Designer, Strategy rules, Engagement Policies, Arbitration, Treatments/Taxonomy).
  • •Design real-time NBA solutions at scale with low-latency decisioning, omnichannel execution, and resilience.
  • •Demonstrate decisioning model capability using Prediction Studio, adaptive/predictive models, champion–challenger, and model governance.
  • •Apply data and integration skills for APIs/event streaming concepts and CRM/DWH integration to support decisioning data architecture.
  • •Provide stakeholder leadership, mentoring, and a quality engineering mindset with standards, reviews, and auditability for maintainable implementations.
