Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • •Meet one of the following: 1+ years as a First Solar Production Operator/Production Technician/Coater Technician, or 2+ years external experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
  • •Hands-on electrical/mechanical troubleshooting experience is strongly preferred.
  • •Safety-first mindset and readiness to rapidly develop technical skills through a structured training program.
  • •Working knowledge of common Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good written/oral communication skills.
