Key Responsibilities

  • •Solve day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems under supervision by experienced technicians, supervisors, and engineers.
  • •Perform on-site service and repair of manufacturing equipment, including installation and qualification support.
  • •Monitor dashboards and respond to SPC process control alarms to bring processes back into control.
  • •Identify and implement yield and product performance improvements, including assigning causes to yield excursions and executing planned process experiments.
  • •Transition new equipment and processes through start-up, qualification, and implementation; set up and maintain gauges and maintain internal documentation.

Salary: USD 17.84 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • •Meet at least one: 1+ years as a First Solar Production Operator/Production Technician/Coater Technician or 2+ years external experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
  • •Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience is strongly preferred.
  • •Strong safety mindset and ability to work self-directed with minimal supervision.
  • •Good written and oral communication skills, with ability to handle administrative and technical tasks.
