Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage ML2/ML4 asset routing through the Engineering Logistics Portal for engineering quality checks and repair scheduling.
  • •Ensure ML2/ML4 activities and transactions are appropriately documented and maintained in the IMS system.
  • •Facilitate demand management for ML2/ML4 activities by meeting delivery targets and monitoring performance against contractual KPI’s, resolving or escalating shortfalls.
  • •Hold regular Repair Reviews to ensure items are delivered back to internal customers to requirements, and provide performance data reporting to senior management.
  • •Ensure compliance with QEAF CAME/145 MOE and the Safety Management System, support audits, and help implement corrective actions when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires knowledge of an operational supply chain in a Continuous Airworthiness Organisation, including relevant protocols and procedures.
  • •Understands how to gather and interpret asset requirement information, and can prioritize ML2/ML4 activities based on lead times and constraints.
  • •Builds and maintains strong relationships across maintenance operations and dependencies such as procurement, engineering, partner/supplier/customer organisations.
  • •Uses appropriate IT systems and applies analysis and planning skills to support day-to-day operation improvements and problem solving.
  • •Working as a competent supply chain/maintenance team member to define processes, propose improvements, and sustain those improvements; a valid driving licence is required, and ISCM Level 3 (or equivalent) is desirable.
