Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate client feedback and usage scenarios into actionable product improvements, bridging market needs and internal teams.
  • •Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management as a primary technical advisor.
  • •Handle technical questions/issues and assist customers in accelerating their development with Innatera technology.
  • •Train customers via workshops, seminars, and on-site support for implementing Spiking Neural Processor technology.
  • •Support design-in through architecture reviews, schematic reviews, and collaborate with SDK/EDK, architecture, and product owner teams; partner with Sales to secure opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (FAE, System Architect, or similar) in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Experience with AI embedded applications.
  • •Great coding skills in Python and C/C++.
  • •Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, plus an embedded development kit (SDK/EDK) background.
  • •Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
