Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain close communication with contractors for production of casing parts (plastic, silicone, metal, etc.).
  • •Monitor sample readiness timelines and their shipment to Ukraine.
  • •Create, structure, and maintain current internal documentation and team working tables.
  • •Identify blockers, lost time, and risks in contractor and internal team processes; propose improvements and adjust processes.
  • •Support the engineering team in launching new projects and modifying existing casing parts, including coordinating engineers in China for task distribution, priorities, and timely sample receipt and review.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working on projects involving electronic devices development or large-series production.
  • •Understanding of engineering processes and design approaches (DFM and DFA).
  • •Ability to work with technical documentation (drawings, specifications, BOM).
  • •Experience working with Chinese contractors.
  • •Proficiency with project tools and communication in English (Intermediate B1+) for working with contractors and technical documentation.
