Help customers and Databricks field teams understand the security of the Databricks platform during security reviews. Act as a security expert, address architectural and compliance concerns, and create customer-facing collateral like slide decks and white papers. •Partner with field teams and customers to understand security architectures, address concerns, and handle compliance questions.
•Provide security expertise during customer interactions and security reviews.
•Create scalable customer-facing content such as slide decks and white papers, and potentially code customers can use.
•Enable internal teams through knowledge management systems, collateral, and processes; contribute to automation and internal-facing services.
•Identify customer pain points and collaborate with product management and product marketing to improve product and messaging.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 216,200 - 371,700 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of technical pre-sales or post-sales experience explaining complex concepts.
•Strong ability to understand complex security principles and architectures and communicate them simply.
•Hands-on experience across multiple security domains such as IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, network/endpoint security, web applications, vulnerability management, identity management, and SIEM.
•Experience with scripting or programming, with interest in using AI to scale impact across customers and employees.
•Understanding of the Databricks platform is a strong plus.
