Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the preparation of engineering drawings using WSP CAD standards and templates.
  • •Develop templates and libraries for CAD/BIM work and agree on drawing priorities, numbering, and strategies with project engineers and US team.
  • •Create detailed civil/structural drawings using Microstation, Open Bridge Modeler, and Civil 3D.
  • •Review engineers’ sketches and other team drawings to identify unbuildable/conflicting details or missing information and proactively raise queries.
  • •Provide technical support and guidance to CAD/BIM technicians, help maintain document control and workflows, and support CAD/BIM training initiatives based on skills gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Proficiency in Bentley software, including Microstation and ORD.
  • •Proficiency in Autodesk software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • •Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, bridge engineering, and reinforcement detailing.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and meet drawing deadlines with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
