Job Summary

Support Finance teams by delivering recurring FP&A reporting and maintaining core financial processes with a focus on data accuracy, efficiency, and automation. Prepare reports for risk/forecast cycles, run revenue and variance analysis, and identify gaps for process improvements. Enhance reporting tools and data flows and assist automation initiatives using Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, and related solutions. Validate month-end data and troubleshoot reporting and data issues while documenting processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support reporting processes (e.g. risk/forecast), including execution and monitoring.
•Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
•Perform revenue and variance analysis to support forecasting and reporting.
•Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation; improve reporting tools and data flows.
•Support month-end data validation and troubleshoot data/system/reporting issues while maintaining process documentation.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
•Experience in FP&A, reporting, or finance operations.
•Fluent English (C1).
•Strong attention to detail and accountability.
•Advanced Excel and experience with reporting processes; willingness to learn SQL/data tools.
