Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the customer technical relationship from first demo to production deployment, understanding workflows and configuring AI agents.
  • •Build custom integrations, APIs, and workflows connecting voice and document agents to customer systems like claims platforms and CRMs.
  • •Tune and optimize AI agents using prompt engineering, voice customization, and behavior refinement based on customer usage.
  • •Provide discovery and product feedback based on what works and what doesn’t in real deployments.
  • •Consult with customers on complex AI agent design, workflow automation, and system integration decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years building or implementing technical solutions, with foundational coding skills in Python or TypeScript.
  • •Customer focus with a strong technical backbone—able to discuss AI capabilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations, including understanding system data flow.
  • •Strong communication skills: explain complex concepts clearly, write and present confidently, and simplify when needed.
  • •Project management ability to run multiple customer implementations, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
