Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned project phases and work streams under the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
  • •Support capital project delivery across planning, design, Design-Build procurement, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Coordinate architects, engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and Design-Build team activities and deliverables.
  • •Monitor consultant/contractor performance and maintain schedules, cost information, change documentation, risk registers, decision logs, and other controls.
  • •Support procurement and construction activities, including RFQs/RFPs, design submissions/RFIs, site visits, and closeout documentation while escalating key issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, plus 6 years of relevant construction project management experience (or equivalent).
  • •Experience supporting or managing capital construction projects on behalf of an owner, public agency, program management consultant, or construction management organization.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting Progressive Design-Build and Design-Build project delivery.
  • •Knowledge of construction project controls, including scheduling, cost tracking, change management, risk management, document control, and progress reporting.
  • •Experience with construction site observations and tracking field issues through resolution.
