  • •Oversee manpower allocation in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining 5S+ while meeting productivity expectations.
  • •Address safety concerns promptly, take corrective actions, and report process and equipment problems for assistance.
  • •Train, upgrade, and evaluate operators’ skills; provide ongoing coaching and perform regular reviews of operator performance.
  • •Maintain positive employee relations, apply fair disciplinary measures when required, and keep accurate records (attendance, performance, departmental activities) including employee timecards.
