•Build and sustain long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers across the client organization.
•Proactively identify, address, and escalate account risks and relationship dependencies to maintain trust and account stability.
•Develop long-term account strategies and partnership roadmaps to drive sustained financial health and profitability.
•Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across project management, creative, data, and media disciplines to ensure delivery quality.
•Bring forward innovative ideas and thought leadership through success stories, case studies, and co-branded marketing opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000 annually

•Experience in account management, client services, consulting, or a related client-facing leadership role in an agency, media, or martech environment.
•Proven ability to manage the commercial health, profitability, and organic growth of a high-value client portfolio.
•Ability to translate macro market trends into business outcomes and future-proof marketing strategies.
•Demonstrated capability to provide clear direction, drive accountability, and motivate multi-disciplinary specialist teams without direct authority.
•Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with a track record of building trust with senior brand executives.
