Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and configure basic structural components to ensure design quality and adequacy.
  • •Review design criteria and structural elements for compliance with codes, including geotechnical, wind/seismic, and fire protection inputs.
  • •Direct consultants and manage structural deliverables, ensuring correct submission timing and complete structural documentation coordination with architectural and MEP works.
  • •Coordinate and oversee onsite material testing and ensure accurate preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • •Support value engineering, resolve design constraints early, and contribute to HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience, with GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Advanced proficiency in CAD software and other tools to draft accurate technical structural drawings.
  • •Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure design compliance and QA/QC.
  • •Ability to review design criteria and structural elements, including geotechnical properties, wind/seismic loads, and loading plans.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) to support successful delivery.
