Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support for client workplace concerns, including assessments, guidance, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • •Lead termination-related meetings, negotiations, and administrative hearings, delivering compliant termination outcomes.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and drive process improvements through automation and AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, including leading difficult conversations with confidentiality.
  • •Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; plus tertiary qualifications in HR/labour relations/employment law and strong automation/AI fluency.
