Support and progressively assume responsibility for trade execution across domestic and international equities and ETF-related activities. Key Responsibilities

•Provide flexible support across all areas of the equity trading desk as priorities evolve.
•Independently execute assigned trading responsibilities using sound judgment and professionalism.
•Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements to improve execution and efficiency.
•Maintain awareness of market-moving developments and liquidity conditions affecting portfolio positioning and outcomes.
•Support ETF trading activities (including creation/redemption baskets and related execution) and broker-dealer relationship management.
