Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of 15+ named EMEA accounts per half and advance deals via exec 1:1s, briefings, presentations, and workshops.
  • •Host or co-host 2–4 VP/CTO-level experiences per quarter in EMEA and help position the Field CTO as a peer and trusted advisor using DX research topics.
  • •Deliver 1–2 internal enablement sessions per quarter for DX reps (live or async via Loom) to improve how reps reach and speak with execs.
  • •Surface customer blockers, external research, feature gaps, and competitive intelligence to the DX product team, including a quarterly Field CTO VOC report.
  • •Package research into field-ready workshops, talks, and executive coaching; provide product demo fluency, represent DX in media/analyst conversations, and produce external podcasts, conference talks, and webinars.

Key Requirements

  • •Led engineering organizations or platform/developer experience teams at scale, typically in roles like VP of Engineering, Head of Platform, or Senior Director of Engineering.
  • •Strong executive credibility with Fortune 500 engineering leaders (VPs of Engineering and CTOs) and a track record on stages, panels, podcasts, or executive rooms.
  • •Ability to provide sharp commentary on data and research—reading datasets and translating insights into guidance leaders can act on.
  • •Strong writer and communicator; opinionated yet intellectually honest, updating views when evidence changes.
  • •Fluency in English required, with bilingual/multilingual skills preferred (especially German, French, or a Nordic language) and experience speaking to EMEA enterprise audiences.
