Job Summary

Supervise daily warehouse operations for inbound receiving, storage, picking/packing, and outbound dispatch to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment. Monitor performance against KPIs and customer SLAs, manage inventory through cycle counts and reconciliations, and enforce barcode scanning and zero-bypass procedures for quality control. Lead and coach warehouse associates and shift leads, ensure attendance and policy compliance, and maintain Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards, including PPE usage and hazard reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound receiving, storage, picking/packing, and outbound dispatch.
•Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with KPIs and customer SLAs.
•Coordinate inventory accuracy activities such as cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliation.
•Lead and motivate warehouse associates and shift/fulfilment leads to achieve daily targets, including briefings, reviews, and on-the-job training.
•Ensure Workplace Safety & Health compliance through inspections, safety risk assessments, PPE enforcement, and hazard/incident reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or diploma degree in any discipline.
•Minimum 2 years in Q-commerce/e-commerce, grocery/food retail, or FMCG.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic data analysis/reporting.
•Ability to communicate in elementary English (spoken and written).
•Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, and team management.
