Job Summary

Coordinate the operations side of multiple parallel improvement projects across AP, AR, and Payments. You’ll serve as the day-to-day delivery coordinator for implementations, translating operational needs into process requirements and audit-ready documentation. Lead Accounting Operations UAT and support adoption through training, comms, rollout support, and hypercare, while partnering with control owners and tracking operational KPIs and post-implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate Accounting Operations delivery for multiple parallel AP/AR/Payments initiatives and act as the main point of contact for implementation partners.
•Support leadership prioritisation of the improvement backlog using data-backed recommendations based on impact, risk, and capacity.
•Translate operational needs into requirements and workable process designs, maintaining documentation such as SOPs, process maps, RACIs, and checklists.
•Manage Accounting Operations-side UAT and coordinate training, comms, rollout support, and hypercare to drive confident adoption.
•Partner with process/control owners to ensure changes are controlled and audit-ready, embed practical right-first-time controls, and track KPIs with post-implementation reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,800 - 3,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•Have at least 2 years of experience in Accounting Operations and/or Accounting Operations project coordination (AP/AR/Payments experience strongly beneficial).
•Demonstrate end-to-end project management experience coordinating projects across delivery partners.
•Have strong delivery fundamentals including planning, prioritisation support, dependency management, and stakeholder management.
•Be able to document and standardise processes (SOPs, workflows, checklists) and translate operational risk/internal controls into day-to-day workflows.
•Coordinate UAT with clear test cases, evidence, and sign-off expectations.
