Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and investigate alerts from the AI Defence system to identify malicious AI behavior, adversarial prompt attacks, data exfiltration attempts, and anomalous agent activity.
  • •Upon confirmation, execute containment actions in real time and coordinate with ACDC Incident Response teams across the incident lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate with Incident Response and Incident Management teams to ensure escalation, coordination, and resolution of AI-related security incidents.
  • •Support root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews to help prevent recurrence.
  • •Enhance AI Defence capabilities by developing detection rules, refining anomaly detection models, improving alert fidelity, and monitoring emerging AI/ML threats to translate findings into defensive strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity operations (SOC, incident response, or threat detection).
  • •Demonstrated exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML security and working with AI systems, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks.
  • •Strong security operations skills including alert triage, incident response, and containment, with understanding of AI/ML architectures and attack vectors.
  • •Proficiency in Python, with ability to develop detection scripts/automation workflows and collaborate cross-functionally during security events.
