Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage document control from draft through issue, tracking deliverables and helping project teams meet client deadlines.
  • •Deliver accurate records by applying client protocols, naming conventions, version control, and filing requirements consistently.
  • •Produce complete report, proposal, letter, and transmittal packages, confirming required content and approvals before client issue.
  • •Maintain document registers, SharePoint libraries, correspondence files, and client website records so information remains retrievable.
  • •Collaborate with production and technical editing teams to coordinate handoffs, quality checks, deadlines, invoicing support, and document uploads.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 47,500 - 63,800

Key Requirements

  • •A diploma or certificate in business administration, office administration, information management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in document control, document management, project administration, office administration, or a comparable project support role.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint document libraries.
  • •Ability to apply naming conventions, formatting requirements, version control practices, approval workflows, and filing procedures accurately.
  • •Strong organization and communication skills to manage competing priorities and support multiple teams and deadlines.
