Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and communicate the key strategic levers to enable successful outcomes-driven commercial environments for clients.
  • •Guide clients in understanding how to establish optimal commercial approaches throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • •Translate a client’s vision into effective and realistic commercial solutions, including incentivisation.
  • •Deploy and/or optimise commercial management strategies, processes, tools, and systems and tailor our standard methodologies to client needs.
  • •Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels and support change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Commercial background with deep understanding of infrastructure, defence and/or energy markets and associated commercial requirements.
  • •Experience delivering projects within commercial/transformation environments.
  • •Familiarity with construction industry context, models and initiatives (e.g. Construction Playbook, Project 13).
  • •Familiarity with relevant public/sector procurement regulations.
  • •Experience leading and managing multiple projects and delivering quality outputs to tight deadlines.
