Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice and comply with plant safety procedures including Lock-Out Tag-Out, arc flash, and hot work permits.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, corrective repairs, and equipment rebuilds, and resolve equipment breakdowns during shift.
  • •Execute and document planned and unplanned maintenance work findings and data using CMMS.
  • •Repair and maintain facility/utility systems including HVAC, refrigeration, instrumentation, elevators, pumps, motors, plumbing, electrical/building systems, and grounds-related work.
  • •Use root cause and predictive maintenance methodologies (RCA/BDA/cause maps, ultrasound/thermal imaging/oil analysis/vibration analysis) to identify failures, document causes, and prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility performing mechanical and electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs (with plant-specific maintenance test required).
  • •Demonstrated aptitude/skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, carpentry, plumbing, and welding techniques.
  • •Ability to interpret technical documents and diagrams such as factory manuals, blueprints, schematics, electrical single-line drawings, and P&IDs.
  • •Ability to follow safety and compliance programs, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out and permit-required confined spaces procedures.
  • •Ability to work with standardized problem-solving involving variables and apply continuous improvement to maintenance activities.
