•Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and deliver risk management solutions through insurance broking and advisory.
•Develop and execute servicing plans to maximize client satisfaction, renewals, and profitability.
•Identify development opportunities within designated portfolio and contribute to new business development.
•Mentor and develop team members within the region to support growth and client servicing excellence.
•Collaborate with the National team to achieve renewal and new business budgets and shape the strategic direction of the business.
