Job Summary

Own the onboarding journey for new Fresha partners coming through inbound and outbound channels—communicating the process, guiding implementation, training teams, and ensuring high-quality, accurate data migration. Manage timelines and partner expectations, troubleshoot onboarding risks, and document improvements. You’ll collaborate across time zones with Sales, Account Management, and Professional Services teams while creating training materials and supporting compliance steps like KYC.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead partner onboarding end-to-end, manage risks and objections, and ensure partners successfully adopt the Fresha platform.
•Provide onboarding communication and training, create and share training materials (video recordings, meeting notes, and help centre articles).
•Ensure quality assurance and accurate data migration, including data cleaning using CSV migration tools.
•Track project timelines, task progression, and partner correspondence, and keep the onboarding pipeline updated in Hubspot.
•Support partners through banking and KYC verification processes and report issues to resolve product or migration tool problems.

Key Requirements

•Communicate onboarding expectations clearly and effectively guide partners through the project plan.
•Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, including managing onboarding lead times and timelines.
•Have excellent English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others through communication and negotiations.
•Be proficient in Excel and capable of data cleaning for onboarding and migration accuracy.
•Show strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with project coordination experience and/or certification highly desired.
