Job Summary

Provide day-to-day technical support and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, business applications, and end-user systems. Support colleagues within agreed service levels, handle user account administration (including Active Directory and Microsoft 365), and install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot endpoints and network components. Maintain and monitor systems (OPERA Cloud PMS, Simphony POS, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, access control), manage IT assets, ensure backups and disaster recovery readiness, and support IT projects with vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day technical support and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
•Commission, deploy, migrate, and decommission hardware, software, network infrastructure, and user access.
•Perform user account administration, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email accounts, security groups, and access permissions.
•Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, applications, and endpoint security; troubleshoot end-user equipment.
•Support and maintain hotel technology systems (OPERA Cloud PMS, Simphony POS, telephony, CCTV, access control, guest Wi‑Fi, AV systems) and administer backups, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with IT policies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT support role, preferably in hospitality.
•Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
•Working knowledge of user administration and access management.
•Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, and VPN connectivity.
•Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint protection, patch management, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
