Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate equipment efficiently to produce concrete products from raw materials through the yard stage.
  • •Inspect products for quality according to established standards.
  • •Assist in maintaining accurate production records.
  • •Monitor machinery and associated equipment to detect and report malfunctions.
  • •Perform machine clean-up, set-up, housekeeping, and cross-training on other production process aspects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, or at least 1-year experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, and operating and maintenance instruction manuals.

  • •Must wear personal protective equipment including ear plugs, hard hat, steel toe shoes, and protective glasses.
