Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage delivery of the assigned package from construction through testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Monitor contractor performance and ensure milestones are achieved within approved schedule, budget, quality, safety, and operational requirements.
  • •Manage interfaces across roads, parking, drainage, utilities, terminal buildings, and airside infrastructure; coordinate with utility agencies and statutory stakeholders.
  • •Review and coordinate design deliverables, shop drawings, technical submissions, material approvals, and method statements across civil/structural/architectural/MEP disciplines.
  • •Oversee project controls and commercial management (schedules, KPIs, variations/claims, extensions of time) plus QA/QC, HSE, integrated testing, snag rectification, and handover documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
  • •Master’s degree in project management, Construction Management, or Infrastructure Management (preferred).
  • •PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
  • •15–20 years of professional experience delivering major infrastructure, airport, transportation, or building projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years leading landside infrastructure, utility networks, roads, transportation facilities, airport support buildings, or similar package delivery.
