Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Head of Compliance with maintaining and embedding a compliance framework for relevant Ireland legal entities.
  • •Provide senior compliance advice, constructive challenge, and practical guidance to business stakeholders on regulatory obligations, compliance risks, and control effectiveness.
  • •Drive the legal-entity specific Compliance Risk Assessment framework, including coordination with regional and global compliance colleagues and maintenance of the rules inventory.
  • •Support preparation and delivery of the Annual Compliance Assurance/Compliance Monitoring Programme and perform compliance monitoring reviews with evidenced reporting.
  • •Manage regulatory engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland and assist with governance committee and senior management reporting materials; deputise for the Head of Compliance where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Compliance monitoring, audit, risk, or control experience and/or experience providing advisory support to business areas.
  • •Knowledge of Ireland/EU regulations and key regulatory developments relating to fund service providers (e.g., fund administration, depositary, and fund management).
  • •Strong judgement with the ability to decide and escalate appropriately.
  • •Ability to operate within strict reporting deadlines while balancing multiple competing priorities.
  • •Influencing and conflict resolution skills with effective oral and written communication.
