Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; diagnose root causes using real-time data.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Maintain complete, timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Support training of lower-level technicians as needed and travel to customer job sites when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Own applicable tools for the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a 10-panel drug screen.
